A heating pad and put her legs up. Also Aleve helps me. If she is done having kids there is a new procedure that removes the lining of the uterus. It is called uteral abulation or.Endometrial abulation. It will make your periods gone or very light and no cramping. It does make one sterile though so be sure.
They use a balloon type thing with chemicals on it or will burn it off with lasers. I heard it is very success full,

Sounds like she might have endometriosis. She needs to see her ob/gyn and explain her symptoms to him/her. The Dr. would do a biopsy, external and internal ultrasounds and if those show nothing - which scar tissue doesn't show up on an ultrasound - they'd schedule a laperoscopy. If she does have endometriosis and depending on the severity the next step is Lupron therapy, 2 shots - one every six months. When the 2nd shot wears off if things return to this state a hysterectomy is the best solution.

I would call a doctor.
Not to scare you but it happened to me before and I was passing a stone as well.
Call a doctor and see if she should be seen by someone professional.
Good Luck!

Midol might help. A heating pad too. Watch her....if it's getting too bad you might want to consider taking her to the hospital.

The only advice I can give is that she see her dr to have them evaluate this situation to see what they think could be causing this.

probably need to be checked by a physician. extreme cramps could be easily fixed through pain medication or signs of acute fibrosis or pcos.
