Currently there have been 567 requests to Congress from 34 states to hold a Constitution Convention. As of this date, Congress has yet to respond to a single request.

Friends of the Article V Convention, http://www.foavc.org/
have filed suit with the Supreme Court. Due to technical issues the Court has refused at this point.

Regardless of what the states ask to propose, the Congress must by law respond, in not doing so they are in fact in violation of the law. Regardless of what the convention proposes as amendments, the states must ratify by 3/4 majority.

Congress has refused, illegally, because they know the prime purpose is to put term limits on them.

Are there any attorneys here that would be willing to help move this forward through the courts, demanding that congress listen to the voters?

I forgot to add that only socialists and democrats are against a constitution convention, they like the corruption as it currently stands.

Let's see... about 300 million people in this country and we should bow to the wishes of 567? I don't think so
The Supreme Court doesn't refuse to hear a case because of a technicality.... Incompetence maybe, no standing certainly, complete stupidity absolutely.
The fact that you are begging for attorneys on YA! would give one some idea of validity of your quest.

We do not need a Constitutional Convention. I do not want a Constitutional Convention. I do not want term limits on elected officials. That includes the President. Voters have the right to vote for anyone they choose. Find yourself another crusade.
