Are there any state of TN laws about unemployment?

Are there any state laws regarding unemployment that would help me with my case? I was let go from employer due to my husband stealing from the store(food store). I knew nothing about it and no police report was filed. My employer says he should not have to pay my unemployment due to my misconduct. I feel there was no misconduct on my part. I never gave employer any reason not to trust me.(I even handled over $90,000.00 every Friday cashing checks) Is there any case law that would help me. Thanks for your help.

Oh yeah, there's a lot of case law that would help you. But, an attorney would help you more. Go get an attorney.
