27 Cubic feet in cubic 1 yard.

Your area is about 60 cubic feet (12*12*.5) so you will need about 2.2 yards of cement. Round it up to 2.5 yards to be safe.

EDITED...

Just saw that you wanted a wall and not a slab... A little confused. First 5" deep then 18" deep... Assuming the latter:
The wall will consist of about 36 cubic feet of concrete (12'*1.5'*.5' = 9 cubic feet per side * 4 = 36 cubic feet). You will need about 1.33 yards of cement. Order 2 for safety.

12 x 12 x (5/12) then divide by 27 comes to around 2.25 cubic yards so order 2.5 cubic yards

26 times 12 divided by 3 times 4 over twelve and you will have your answer. 34.32. The 104 answer from the first respondent did not take into account the 4 inches deep value.

12 ft = 4 yards; 5 inches = 0.139 yards (5/36)

So, 4 X 4 X 0.139 = 2.224 cubic yards
