well it takes about ..3 to 4 months for a closing
i would say Real estate ..but you would have to have money to invest in then you can say you are worth that much
excellent credit that's about all and realizing you can
continue to invest as its not what you owe its how you pay
on time... all you need is your health and diplomacy...
and the will and the dare once you accomplished that
you will be surprised the offers out there ..it comes
from all over what did you owe or inherited a piece of property with a Diner..or a 4 story building now sold,?
