You should look on your power cable. There should be a box with a sticker on it that states the voltages at which it should be operated. Then, if need be, you can buy an adapter that can work best with your camper. But either way you should be fine. It never hurts to check it out before you go and ruin an expensive piece of equipment.

Theoretically it should not heart your computer, a laptop needs on most 135W, and thats on a standard European power supply (230W)...

the only problem i see is that you may get surges-to protect this i would use a good surge protector(not a walmart cheapo)
