I bought a monitor from www.ebuyer.com but i cancelled my order the very next day because of personal reasons

But i wanted to know that do www.ebuyer.com automatically refund me back the money into my credit card again if i cancellled the order. I did get a email saying it takes 2-3 working days to refund back the money but they didnt need my credit card no. when i cancelled my order.

But mainly do they securely refund me back the money to my credit card automatically.

Relax your money will be refunded.

If you paid them using a credit card they will already have the number so they can transfer the money back to your card.
It usually takes a few days to have the transaction cleared but you should get it.
The next statement you get from your card should show the transaction If you have doubts give it a couple of days then phone the credit card company up and ask them if they received it

yes. they automatically refund it to the card you paid with. i've cancelled a couple of orders with ebuyer and that's how they've always done it with me. if you dont have this resolved in a couple of days contact their customer services - they're usually very helpful. they also refund this way with returns.

yes. if you have a problem with them contact your credit card provider they deal with it. usually there is no problem getting your money back.

they should deposit it back on your card you used to make the purchase with. if they dont then call customer support
