Just so everyone knows, I am not saying I do not like American idol. Trust me, I am just a huge fan. I was just wanted to know your opinions.

I think it was a bit out of order of who stayed and who went, but that is how it goes...it's reality Tv and America has the vote. I do think that the people got it right eventually, even though I was surprized to see Melinda go.

yea....ERM Melinda should have been in the top 2 and should have won the title.. ...I however think that Jordin should not be in the top 2 because she is boring, predictable and does not sing songs that are fast and hip..she always sings only the slow songs..so it gets boring...Blake is in the competition cuz he's unique...he's fresh, hip, cool and abslotuly original..go Blake!...Melinda was eliminated at the wrong time..she should not have gone ever...but she'll get a record deal so...it should not be a problem for her to sell big...she does have a wide range and is realli soothing to the ears...she had every thing that would make her an IDOL...sad though that she didnt get there,...but I dont think i'll watch the final cuz.. jordin's boring..and though Blake my second idol is there...i was hoping for a show down between Melinda and Blake..so Kinda sad actaully/.... Sanjaya was an entertainer and a good won..so it's sad that he's gone even though he's not a great singer..he had a great sense of quality as an entertainer...that's whether he sings well or not...

defnitely not. Sanjaya had many times where he truly sucked and he didn't leave. But then when he sang "Let's Give Them Something To Talk About", it wasn't THAT bad. Chris was worse. But yet, Sanjaya left (which was pretty sad cause believe it or not he WAS the entertainer)
But yeah....I believe a lot of American Idol is corrupt. Especially the recaps. They make a lot of the people sound ehh okay except for Jordin Spark's. In the recaps they show the part where she was "truly amazing" when everyone else's was okay or mediocre.
It's truly dissapointing....The First Season was the best

I agree. Last year was a complete surprise. But at the same time I wasn't a McPhee fan. This year though, I think the best girl and the best boy is in the top 3. I'm sorry to all Melinda fans, but I cannot stand her. I really hope Blake wins. Although, Jordin would be fine too. I also really wanted Chris to stay. I personally liked his sound and he was really cute. I know oppertunities will come to all the finalists, except Sanjaya. Are you kidding me with him?

I don't know about the rest of you people, but I think Chris Richardson is ugly...I used to think he looked a little like JT, but after I heard him sing he looked less like him. And I think Sanjaya should have stayed longer than Chris and Phil. But they got the final three right. Blake's leavin this week, and depending on their performances, Melinda or Jordin will win. They're both amazing so I can't tell.

The show finally got on track after Sanjaya went home. He should have been one of the first to go. Oh by the way Antonella was not in the top twelve it was Haley and I did not like her at all. She dressed too provocatively.

No, I don't think it went correctly. I loved Sanjaya and Antonella for the sheer entertainment they brought to the show (and not their talents!) but they shouldn't have even been in the finals. They stayed too long than they should have.
But I love the fact that Jordin is in the final 2. I'm voting for her!!!

I was very upset with this year's show. If you ever heard of it, there's this website that is called Votefortheworst.com. The only reason that it exists is to send a "message". I guess the leaders of that website are trying to send a message by keeping the worst in. Personally Sanjaya, was a horrible singer in a sense. he is not cut out to be a famous singer with a name made for faulty reasons. I think if he was one of the last people votefortheworst.com would have abandoned him and voted for the best one. so votefortheworst.com would keep voting for him, then when it came to the final two they would let him fall flat on his face. I've heard rumor if votefortheworst.com keeps on voting for people that are bad the show won't air anymore.

Well....Sanjaya and Antonella stayed much longer than they should have, but I'm pretty happy with the top 3. I'm hoping that either Jordin or Blake win. They both rock!
Hey Lohla, I don't like Melinda either. She makes me sleepy...I feel like there are already a million singers out there just like her. Been there, done that...didn't feel like buying the t-shirt. lol

Sanjaya stayed too long. Other than that, I'd say it's right on track. Blake should leave next week and Melinda will win.
