A wise man once said "Tis better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool...than to open it and remove any doubt"
You would do well to heed this advice

It is no wonder that our actions in both Afghanistan and Iraq have done more to engender terrorism than to vanquish it. We raise the incriminating finger at Al Qaeda, the insurgency, and other enemy combatants and call them terrorists because they kill innocent, noncombatants, in order to advance their political and theological objectives.
Yet we hypocritically do the same thing in both countries. Thousands upon thousands, and soon it will be millions, of Iraqi and Afghanis have died in our ever ravenous pursuit of global hegemony. We say we want to hunt for Bin Laden, and yet we maim and kill everyone besides Bin Laden. We say we are in Iraq to oust Saddam and bring freedom, and yet even after Saddam’s execution we are still occupying foreign land and the people have less freedom, because now instead of fearing a single tyrant, their freedom is curtailed by militant and tribal forces that we, through our own gross miscalculations, have unleashed upon the face of Iraq.
We are not fighting fire with fire; we are stoking the fire with fire. In the United States we have a famous military recruiting poster of Uncle Sam pointing his finger at the viewer. I would imagine in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Iraq, they have a similar poster beaconing enraged youngsters to join the ranks of terrorists groups. The only difference is that in their posters, George Bush is pointing the finger at them. What could be more inspirational and provide greater motivation to join a terrorist group than Fuehrer Bush?

I can't comment on your first question in regard to killing of civilians, because i don't have any info on that.
But the rest is true, and Taliban once again favored by majority of the people, are fighting against, US and British forces. Poppet government of Karzai has failed to solve even basic problems, and to provide for critical needs, like food, security, water, etc....
Millions of dollars,in foreign aids, that was given to improve living condition of the people, is embezzled by corrupted government, and nothing was allocated for the people.

Because they're evil, want control, plain and simple. They won't get that control. We won't allow it. America apologized for the ACCIDENTAL killing of innocents. You think the Taliban would do that? Who is right to you?

Because--to the military's eyes--any civilian killed in Afghanistan or Iraq is only worth $2000.
