What are they thinking of? Sorry all you Paris Hilton fans, I can't imagine she'd have very many. Don't they realize she could have killed someone? Why do you want to be a fan of someone like this? I'm wondering what will happen to her if she does get in jail. Will she have her own personal security guard?

I am sure somebody is getting big bucks to run that "campaign"people who are "fans" that want to see her back on the road like nothing happened apparently share the one single brain cell that Paris has. You would really have to be a total moron to admit to being a fan of hers let alone that adament of fan.
She will have her own personal security guard "Big Mama Bertha Sue" and Paris will be her favourite flavour for 45 days.

Anybody that drinks and drives should be made an example of regardless of their status of in the public eye or just a normal member of the public.
Anybody drinking and driving could not only kill themselves but anybody else who is unfortunately in the way.
Just because a "celebrity" (if you can call Paris that) drinks and drives, they think they can use their status and money to get out of jail, well it's just not true they should be made a big example of and maybe people may stop and think about the consequences about doing it, and maybe it may stop just one family from the heartache of leaving them without a loved one.
Anyway enough of the rant, that's just my opinion.

If they feel so strongly then they should go in with her.
Is there no way the sentence could be doubled as it was a second time offence.

She'll be kept away from most of the other prisoners, for her own safety. I'm surprised that anyone apart from maybe her family would care about her going to prison.
