Yes. I've read a couple of different explainations behind the experience. Spiritualist/Psychic Sylvia Browne tells us that it's because we have already desigend a map of our lives on the other side. The deja-vu just let's us know we're on the right path. I'm going to go with the more scientific explaination which is that our minds work faster than our body which allows us to visualize what is about to happen before it actually happens.

Deja Vu is a delayed processing of an event into the short-term memory storage facilities. When the 'memory bubble' is accepted, it seems like a repeat.
Generally people who are drinking or using drugs experience it a lot. (Short Term Memory Impairment) is all-too-common.
But try and tell an overly-dramatizing person who enjoys their mind playing-tricks on them that.

Yes, I have. On several occasions, I've suddenly had the feeling that I'd already seen this particular scene and situation. What's even more odd is dreaming about something and then finding myself experiencing exactly what I dreamed about.

These situations have never been anything really drastic or exciting, but just little mundane events. For example, I've dreamed that I was at a daughters house, sitting at a table on her deck and her sister in law came in wearing a floral patterned dress and announced they'd bought something. A few months later this happened... they'd bought a travel trailer. She was wearing the dress I'd seen in the dream. I wondered if I'd seen her in it before and that's why I'd dreamed she'd be wearing it. She said no, she'd just bought it. I'm puzzled as how these things happen.

Did you ever experience deja-vu?

Yes and lately about you. A strong feeling you would ask a question something like: You know, that weird feeling that you've been here before, experienced the same feelings, seen the same things, maybe even know what's coming next? Yes and lately about you. A strong feeling you would ask a question something like: You know, that weird feeling that you've been here before, experienced the same feelings, seen the same things, maybe even know what's coming next? My feeling is that in the future you will ask another (maybe even many) question and ask people to star them. That is my prediction.

Yes, indeed. It was weird. I will never forget it.
It was like I was "teleported" into the area that I was standing and I knew where everything was - even though I had never been there before in my current lifetime.
