to be quite honest, I personally prefer the name Ali, I don't like the name Claire at all for some reason.

In my opinion, Ali is a fairly unassuming name. Claire is a name that can speak loads about the person.. it's a great name for a kind and gentle person. I really prefer the name Claire. :)

Claire, means clear, bright and famous.. is there any better name? what more would you want from your child then to be clear, bright and famous?

I do know a young girl named Ali. It's so cute, it fits her like a charm.

but I also no a young boy with the same name and it couldn't fit him any better.

So just to let you know, if you don't already, it is a name like "taylor" that can be used for both gender. I don't care what gender you are giving the name to it will work for both.

Good Luck!
