I have been doing this publically for about 4 years and have been threatened by FBI and others with unsucessfull prosecution as the punishment. I have told them such threats do not gather my respect and refused to repent of my petitions. I ask the people, where in the US constitution does it say we can petition this thing or that thing but that it is illegal to ask ie petition for this other thing or that other thing?
So when FBI visis me, I petition them outright saying to them, you are my government, I petition you to go assassinate the President and then yourself, ( THEY CANNOT PRESS CHARGES BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BROKEN ANY LAW, UNDERSTAND, PEOPLE) why do you think the looly gops read the President the Riots act? Could it be that so many americans are fed up with him and petitioning like I do for his death and Not Breaking Any Laws in doing so.

I am a student with honors not an idiot, and my arguement over assassinations and torture is that they are legal since the US government has used, and uses them. Dad always said, whats is good for the goose is good for the gander, I want to see Rumsfeld go GET mORE torture at GIT MO himself.

What a useless screed. Are we supposed to be impressed by your silliness? You at least seem very impressed with yourself. For all of the verbiage, you're back at square one at the end of it.

Your additional comments do prove, as you said, that you are an idiot. only an idiot would say this, which is completely lacking any logic: "and my [sic] arguement [sic] over assassinations and torture is that they are legal since the US government has used, and uses them."

It is against the law, not the consitution for you to threaten the President of the US. The same law that creates the Secret Service protection detail. The US Supreme Court has upheld time and time again certain restrictions on speech as being consitutional. Inciting violence is one of the areas the court has said can be restricted.
From you post though you make it sound like you really don't have a clue. The FBI would not be the ones investigating you, the Secret Service would be the ones. This makes me think that this is just a rant, however either way it's going to be reported to Yahoo!, who I'm sure will report it to the Secret Service.

It says it right here:
Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits for conveyance in the mail or for a delivery from any post office or by any letter carrier any letter, paper, writing, print, missive, or document containing any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States, the President-elect, the Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President of the United States, or the Vice President-elect, or knowingly and willfully otherwise makes any such threat against the President, President-elect, Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President, or Vice President-elect, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

What a fringe rider. You are MY hero. You stand up to the FBI like what, an ungrateful low life.
People like you should be put in an asylum, not jail.
I’ll bet you wear tin foil hats and slobber.

Nowhere does it say people cannot petition for the legal execution of the president after his conviction of a capital offence.
"legal" being the operative word.
You say that you use the word "assassinate" ........ now you've broken the law.

Law enforcement has more important things to do than persecute crazy people.
I really should have more important things to do than aswer a crazy person's question, but the system I need to finish my work is still down...
