now a days it takes 2 works to get things going...im married to my hubby not cuz of his paycheck that doesnt buy love & happines.....but if he was with a job, then that shows me that hes not a lazy *** hes a man not a lil boy that wants everything made & handed to him.......

Because women have a need to fill protected and cared for, a stable employed man can do that, even if she makes more money. It shows that he can be faithful to one thing. Which gives hope that he'll be faithful in all things.

Because they are smart enough to know that they do not want to support someone. Also that it takes two to make it these days.
A man who does not want to be steadily employed and stable is not worth trying to have a relationship with as a smart woman knows it will not last. Sorry, but you asked.

Most men (not all men, but most) are not that comfortable or willing to be a house husband (in situations where it would be financially possible). Traditionally men are the bread-winners or at least the main bread winners. Women want a man who contributes, not one that is lazy and expects to be waited on or kept.

Because there mature and reliable. I read a article about how younger women are marrying older men. They like that older men know what stability and responsibility is. That's what women need and want when they want to start a family.

The don't love the man; they love the stable paycheck. If they do love the man, it's not because of stable employment.
Some women have a very good lifestyles and stability, but they don't love their husband.

Because all the good ones are taken in most cases due to the fact that they can provide for a woman/family..... please you must know this is why...women want men they can count on... it is not to say that women need to be accountable in a relationship/family each give 100% to their relationship...

it gives them a sense of security where they don't have to be on guard and stressed out all the time this way they can share the burdens and they think that is is going to be more loyal and trustworthy, honestly if the shoe were on the other foot who would you choose to trust with ur heart?

because stable employeed men provide security and stability which is essential to starting a family and we all know that most woman want kids one day...and you need all that to have them.
