www.imdb.com has it projected for 2009 and they have Sam Raimi as director BUT no one has confirmed there will be a fourth. It is all just speculation at this time. Dunst and Maguire both said they would come back only if Raimi does. Raimi's page on imdb.com has him tied up in projects until 2009 and not one of them is Spiderman 4
If these actors are to reprise their roles in a Spiderman 4 it will need to be done within the next 5 years. At some point the actors are going to become too old to play these parts.

yes. i have heard they are making a 4th, 5th, and 6th spiderman. They are still unsure of when it will be released because they may be changing the actors/actresses because they were all only signed on for 3 movies.
P.S. i really did not like spiderman 3..it made me sad
