i have a friend that does not have text messaging and it does not ever send a notification back to me. i know that there is a way to know if the person recieves your voicemail with certain carriers just wondering if theres an electronic way of seeing if they have txt.

IF you send them a text and it goes through, they can accept them. If you get a message back saying that it couldn't be sent. Then they cannot accept them.

Text their number....this especially works if u have verizon because verizon will let you know if they have ran out of texts or have a text block on their account right when u attempt to send it...it wont even send if they dont it will say ***-***-**** is an invalid number...other carriers sometimes do the same but it can take upto 5 days to find out...

If they don't, and the message comes back to you, they will never find out that you tried.
