Yes there's a Splash Mountain in Disneyland, California. I've never been to Disney World (Florida), but I think their Splash Mountain is pretty similar to Disneyland's. I know Disney World's version has bigger logs, therefore making a bigger splash, but that's probably the main difference between the two.

Yes there is. It is basically the same ride as the one in Florida. The difference is that the Florida ride has wider seats, allowing 2 people to sit next to each other. In California, two people have to sit one in front of the other, which is somewhat less comfortable.
