Jail is the best place for her. If she does her full 45 day sentence maybe she'll actually LEARN something.
At 26, I think learning should be the first priority with her.

I dont care if the entire world voted her the most gorgeous girl in the world. That dose not pardon her from the law. She was wrong and now she must take ful responsibilities. she needs to go up and stop acting like a child.

Maybe prison will open her eyes some, but I doubt it, some people never learn. If you do the crime, you do the time, period, pretty or not.

No, she's ok, but definitley not the best out there. And yes she should go to prison, I mean if we got caught drunk driving and did our little puppy face to try and get out of it they wouldnt let us go! And shes a person just like us and it would be SO unfair if they let her go. I mean its really sad and unfortunate for her but they should treat her equally like everyone else in the world.
