The court put her on probation, and she violated that probation by driving drunk.
I think the judge way way too lenient ... he could have given her a year in jail, but settled on 45 days.
She belongs in jail.

Well, I'm not sure- I'm not a Paris Hilton fan but then again i don't hate her nor not like her as much as every one else. I understand why people might be against her, since she has a privilege life and has had alot of celeb feuds but i don't think she should be label all that horrible at least this is what i hear and read around me - her exist has been charitable at times, to donations.
i believe Paris shouldn't be a above the law but people have been caught driving drunk before and were not sent to jail for 45 days or not have been in such bad circumstances as Paris is in now but it seems that people overall from what i hear are think she should be sentence to jail although, it's not like she committed a murder but I'm still not saying she should be totally free of charges, it doesn't seem like that anyways- I'm just saying that there are many people that have drove drunk before (not me...I'm only 14).
some people who are acting out on Paris action are just as guilty for doing the same or similar things......i'm just saying- i don't mean to defend either sides.
I guess she should although maybe it will help her.....yess?

Hell yes she should go to jail. She seems to think she is above the law for some reason. If she gets pardoned now that woule be just like telling her..........."ok you can do whatever you want!"
She is the most annoying person ever. We have retards for role models in this country, and it isn't doing the kids any good.

Even if she does it won't be real jail and she won't stay for long. Personally, what does it matter...anyone who does something wrong or against the law should have some sort of punishment and Paris Hilton isn't exempt.

Yes she should..she is human just like the rest...if some unknown name was found guilty he or she probably would of even received more time...I think she is getting off easy and should just look at it as a vacation and move on with her life...Martha Stewart did.!!!!

yes, because she violated the laws and i dont think she provides excitement to the world cause when i see her in the news, i go 'yuck' or ' dosent she have anything to do?' i dont mind her acting or singing but she really annoys me when she shows her stupidity on tv. she should show the real brains in her.

Go direct to jail, do not collect $200.00 and you don't get a get out of jail free card.
I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
