Problems with Yahoo Mail after downloading free mp3 file?

After downloading a free mp3 file I've had trouble logging into Yahoo Mail.

I've run Norton full scan and Spybot scan but nothing comes up.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix the problem?

The mp3 file might contain a hidden virus. Try deleting the file.

Can you elaborate as to what you mean by "having trouble logging in to Yahoo! Mail." Are you saying, you can log in at all? If so, it is possible the file you downloaded was malicious and the problem stole all your user id's and passwords. I hope you didn't use the same password for multiple accounts (e.g. bank account, credit card,..etc.) You should try scanning with a more powerful anti spyware program other than Spybot. Spybot is O.K. but it misses alot. In tests, it caught less than 50% of malicious files and did worse in trying to remove them.
