how do i save a lawn that was sprayed (and killed) with Round Up?

Patches of the grass are completely dead.

you can't. wait until is all dead. till the lawn and sod or reseed

Grass seed and water.

If the areas are small you can use a "patching" grass seed.

you can reseed because the roots of the grass that is there is dead.

the only thing you can do is waer it daily and if you are lucky it will start to grow back after a couple of months
