I need really great costumes!

unfortunantly there isnt. The rights havent been released to companies to make. If your doing it for a school or small local theatre, many of the Wizard of Oz costumes can be bought or rented and easily used as is or altered.

If you have a talented seamstress you could try to recreate the costumes from pictures across the internet, but if your using them in a show, be careful for lawsuits or copyright (Although I'm almost positive the rights arn't out for this show, so if your doing it the lawsuits on your costumes are the least of your problems)

You might try to find out who designed and built the costumes, but I suspect they'd either not be available or be very expensive if they were.
