I've seen girl wearing mini skirts so short that you can see their undies... if wearing them because some don't wear underwear...

I learned years ago that hemlines are a true indication of a troubled population... the shorter the skirt the more troubled the population is... and those skirts are very short these days

well that is bad unfornuately that has been a "fashion" and as you can tell a rather ugly one. But is individual taste what people like. I think I thought that short skirts were too short years ago lol.
