Yes, they are good for me. I've had seventy four of them now, and there have been some really great ones, some mediocre ones but, no lousy ones.
And I'm still living, not just existing. Life is good.

I suppose they are good for you...depends on how you view your own b/day...and we do live longer the older we get...I found that out a few yrs back...lol..=)
