I've heard that practice markes permanent... kinda like a Sharpie marker.
So... if you aren't practicing perfectly, you'll likely perfect imperfection.

Well i do believe in practice. But to get better you have to practice right. You can not just practice doing something the wrong way or else you will never get better. But there is such thing as natural talent too. But to show their natural talent they even need a bit of practice to make it perfect.

Practice makes permanent. You can practice a thing all day the wrong way and have that down pat. As to the natural talent thing, it all depends on what you believe- nature, or nurture. I believe in both. Some talents/qualities are born in us, some we achieve over time.

Never even having held a tennis racquet before I took two terms of tennis in college. At the end of the second term I was not any better than I was at the beginning. I practiced hard, too. I think you have to have a certain amount of natural talent as well as a lot of practice.

Raw Talent still takes Practice, Practice, Practice with the goal being progress rather than perfection. That way progress can be seen and perfection still remains elusive without a person becoming discouraged.

Natural talent is great, but practice can help anyone improve. "Practice makes perfect," but nobody's perfect. Still, someone without much natural talent but extreme effort and determination and training can eventually surpass someone with natural talent who lacks effort/determination in a particular field.

I do believe in natural talent, but I also believe that if you practice the right way then you can become perfect.
If you practice with a purpose and practice what you are doing how you're supposed to be doing it, it will be better.
