One night I woke up about five in the morning and saw a tall figure standing next to my bed in a long white robe with a long dark blue tie around its neck. I was afraid at that point to look up at its face! I quickly looked to see where my German Shepherd was, and there he was sleeping at the bottom of my bed on his back as usual. He showed no signs what so ever of any presence being there! I then looked back to see if IT was still standing there, and sure enough it WAS! At that point, I couldnt take my eyes off of it standing there right next to my bed. Slowly the tie around its neck started moving toward the lamp on my night stand, and then toward the wall, and then the whole figure moved that way as well and slowly dissappeared! I could not go back to sleep after that! It took quite a while before I felt comfortable going to bed again after that . Its been 2 years since then though, and havnt seen anything else thank God!

I used to have a polaroid of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Mineola, NY - inside we took a picture of the altar with some people standing there, and there was the ghost the what looked like the old pastor.

I have a ghost of a little boy living in my home. At first it was kind of creepy, but we are learning to all get along. For a while he and my son would fight over toys and my son's favorite blankie. The blankie even went flying across the room one afternoon while my son napped on the couch but my son hadn't moved!
Now the boy just likes to hide things and run up and down the hall. Today he took my daughter's inhaler and now I can't find it anywhere even though I saw it laying on the computer desk when I got up this morning. It is kinda driving me mad right now!
A friend of mine captured a picture of him in my daughter's room one night(yes it was him my kids were not even home at the time and you can tell by looking at my son it was not him). All in all though we seem to be living in harmony with him and he with us.

When sleeping, I use to feel the sensation that someone lay a heavy blanket over me, but their was no one else in the room accept me. I don't know if it was a ghost or not, but it sure was creepy.

Also, I sometimes see faint fleeting images move quickly in my peripheral vision. When I turn to see what it is, there is nothing there. I've been told that they could be shadow people, but who knows.

One night, i was sleeping, but kind of awake. I heard my sister crying, she went to my parents room and told them something about someone being on her room. The nest morning she told me that she felt that while she was sleeping, she felt someone on top of her. She began to hear whispers. She said she couldn't move or scream. Until then, she managed to get up, but it was all dark and she couldn't find the light switch. She tried to open the door, it was locked, then she unlocked it, and went to my dads room. She was crying.

I was going to get ready for dinner, so i went into the bathroom to wash my hands. I didnt fell like turning on the light because i was just washing my hands. There was this big mirror above the sink and i look into it and there in the bath tub was a women and her whole entire body was glowing( it seemed like her entire body was these little glowing swirling balls of light) i turnewd around and she was looking at me and then she just went down the bath tub drain.

Another story of MY OWN EXPERIENCE:

This had happened just on Wednesday of this month. I was getting ready for bed and i went into my room to bring down my curtains ( I have 4 windows in my room, and the blinds are the pull down ones to keep out light), I went in there and i pulled one of them down and i felt a weird energy so i turned to look at the blind and i was it go down like someone was pulling it then it shot right back up really fast. I ran out of the room and sat on the couch. I decided to sleep out in the living room so i had to go get my blankets from my room and i went in. When i was in my room I went over to my vent on the other side of the room to get my blanket from my bean bag and i felt the energy again and I heard my bed make a noise like someone was on it. I ran out again and didnt go in for the rest of the night. When i settled down i went to go wash my face and i walked into the hallway, and the closet door just shut by itself. I through up my hand to try to move it with my mind (trying to better my telekinetic ability) but it didnt work. I felt the energy behing me and i turned around fast and there behing me was a man. He was wearing a black jacket and a pair of black pants. He scared me to death (metaphor) so i told him to go away. After i said that he ran back into my room. I went and washed my face and when i came out of the bathroom he was waiting and he followed me the rest of the night until i told him to go away so i could sleep.
We live at the VA SORCC, which is where the veterans from war come to live after they are done in war. There have been murders here, there was one just 2-3 years ago. The morge here was turned into the fire station and all of the apartment here are haunted.
