No, the concentration of ammonia in urine is too low to dissolve car paint. On the other hand, concentrated ammonia can indeed remove some brands of car paint.

Only if you do it multiple times. My advice: use a fence or light pole instead.
Bird droppings are the worst. Make sure you wash them (with a hose) ASAP. Don't park under a tree with lots of birds.
To remove tar stains use Coca-Cola.
