The most basic answerer to this would be the European models. They have smaller boutique makers that make enough special cars to b considered production, yet few people know of the makers. Someone mention Bugatti Veyron. That is one of the more well known ones. Pagani, Koenigegg (fastes), Spyker, lotec Sirius are others. most folks have never heard of thesse. They are all faster the Lambos , Ferrari etc...

What day of the week is it???? It seems that just as soon as someone makes the fastest car, then a few days later, then it is someone else. Once you get over 200 MPH, it really doesn't matter, because they are all way too fast for the street. Bugatti has the Bayron, Ford the Ford GT, Ferrari has one, and so forth. good luck
