I have a turtel and three goldfish. I want to put them all in the same tank. Would that be okay?

I agree with the others, the goldfish would sooner or later become turtle food.

If you want the goldfish to be dinner, then you can. Most turtles will eat goldfish, so I would suggest keeping them in efferent tanks.
