Yeah! It has to be able to move somewhat during intercourse, otherwise it would be uncomfortable for both partners.. It does not have a bone in it, so there is no joint or anything at the base to keep it from moving around.

Sounds normal to me. It's going to move around more than, say, a doorknob. Otherwise, it'd break off or rupture. Good night!
