i know its normal but do i have to go see a doctor or can i call in and get pills?

It's normal. Don't do anything---certainly don't get medicine.
Likely means you are ovulating.

if the discharge has no smell and doesn't come with other symptoms then you don't have to see a doctor. It's probably normal. But if it lasts a long time then you should see a doctor.

You would need to get a pap smear so they know what kind of prescription you need if any at all.They cannot diagnose gynecological problems over the phone it is in your best interest to have a pap done yearly anyhow so you would kill 2 birds with one stone
