No, you do not have to replace them unless you want to. You may need to replace the stucco mold but not the window itself.

No. but it is often a good idea cause replacing them later will mess up the new stucco. If you are happy with the windows and think they are in good shape to last for 15 to 20 years then no.

No you don't have to replace all of them, but it's a better idea to replace them if they need to be replaced, if your budget allows for it.
Not doing it now, they will have a heck of a time getting the windows out without destroying the stucco when you decide to do it.

No, it's not necessary. However, if you still have single pane windows now would be a good time to update to dual panes. It is less expesive to do it before the stucco process because new construction windows can be used with nail fins instead of retro-fit windows which are more expensive.
