Nothing. Just keep it clean, but do NOT use any acne products or pick at the acne. It will clear up on it's own.

Nothing. I know, it sounds counterintuitive, but baby acne is one of those things. If you ignore it long enough, it will go away on its own. Keep it clean, and keep it dry. Do not use creams or lotions or anything like that - it could make it worse.

All it is is your baby adjusting to being outside your body. It's very common, and while it looks ugly, it's not causing your baby any discomfort or harm. It could get worse before it gets better, but it will go away - usually before they're two months old, but sometimes not until they're six months old.

I saw one poor little one who had it from the middle of her chest, up over her head, and down her back...

It normally lasts for 2-4 weeks on average. Just wash with warm water a few times a day. You could use some dove soap, but be very careful not to get in eyes or on hands (rubbing eyes). Baby is developing his or her sweat glands and unfortunatly the acne is a result of this.

depending on age there is really nothing you can do, you can use stuff if the baby is over 6 months old, but I really wouldn't recommend it. I would give her a bath more often and make sure to clean her face really well.

It is so hard to see your precious one with this, but it will go away on its own. Try to keep her skin clean and dry. Don't use lotion or the like.
