Nathan has turned into a dominat closer, Liriano is lights out when healthy and AJ only stayed a giant one year.

In response to the first responder, the Tigers traded away a young Smoltz for the Veteran Alexader in the middle of the 1987 playoff chase. Definitely in 1964 when the Cubs traded a young Lou Brock to the Cardinals for an aging Ernie Broglio.

Broglio went on to play 2 more seasons in which he went 7-19.

Lou Brock gets 2800 hits with the Cardinals, steals 888 bases, has 6 all-star appearances, wins 2 world series with the Cards, and now is in the Hall of Fame.

Thanks again, you adorable Cubs.
