Can I get a copy? Is it easy/expensive/quick? It's for a local community account

I was worried the auditor would say that they do not give out copies that was all. I am embarrased to tell the group I have lost such important paperwork and wanted to know that saying I need to get a copy wasn't a stupid thing to say.

I expect so, but why not contact the Auditors and ask ?
... or do you expect some random person on Yahoo to provide you with a copy ???

I dion't understand the question, why don't you ask the accountant?
Please explain further
EDIT: It's not at all stupid - people lose things all the time! Just give them a ring - they may even be able to e mail them to you if they havn't yet been signed.
