I like Lilianne.
There are so many Isabelles and Emilies (and variations) out there right now. I only know 1 Lillianna. Tatiana is cute as well.

Well, since Emily (no matter the spelling) has been THE most popular name for over a decade, Isabella has been in the top ten for years (and all its forms blend together to seem just as common), and any and all Lily names are hot right now (including Lillian and simply Lily, both in the top 40), NONE of those seem particularly creative or unique, to be honest.
That leaves Tatiana, which is actually my least favorite of the four, but if it's a less common name you want, that's your best bet.
You might also like Lila/Lilah, Lillias, Lilith, Emeline/Emmeline (EM-e-leen), Emilia, Emerald, Talulla/Tallulah, Tatum or Isadora/Isidora as similar, but less popular, options.

Go with A or B. The last two names are very popular right now, even though they are spelled differently. In fact I think Emily is number one for girl babies right now, so that means in 5 years, a ton of Kindergartners will all answer to that name! At first out of all your names I thought I liked Tatiana the most, but now I think that Lilianne is really pretty too.

I think that either Lilianne or Isabelle are the most beatiful and uniqe names. You don't hear them as often.

I like Tatiana from that list how about Isabelle for the middle name, since Isabelle is becoming very popular my son has three Isabelles in his school.

I hate Tatiana it reminds me of a porn star name.
I think Lilianne is the nicest. but I like Emilie and Isabelle a lot too.
