Romeo Crennel and Tom Coughlin are the ones I can think of off the top of my head, but I might be wrong.

Bonus: worst offensive coordinators? Worst defensive coordinators? Worst positional coaches?

Let's restrict this to coaches who have been with their current teams for at least one season.

I think Tom Coughlin wins this pretty easy.

Another thing how does anyone who knows anything about football say Belicheck? Just curious if any other head coaches have three super bowl rings coaching today from the head coaching position. Oh yeah and his total count is three from Pats and two more from G-men. So that makes you a bad coach? Get real

Norv Turner, and since he came back I'd say Joe Gibbs has had a bad run. I don't call last year Art Shell's fault. I think there was some behind the scene thing to destroy the team and get the top pick, how else do you explain taking Aaron Brooks when Drew Brees and Dante Culpepper had been available earlier? I don't like Culpepper and think he was overrated but come on most weren't agreeing and I think he may have been an improvement to Brooks. I'm not sure Crennel is really that bad. I hate the Browns, and last year they had major injury issues, but I'll say maybe that mess isn't his YET. Oh and if they have to had spent time with their current team that leaves out about half or more of the teams. Because I say you need at least 2-3 season to start to establish your way. What 8 new head coaches this year or so and a few last year.

Crennel and Coughlin are definitely on the list. You have to include Wade Phillips and Norv Turner(who should head the list).

I'll agree on Coughlin. Crennel has only been head coach a short time so u can't get on his case that early. Other than that when Capers was a head coach that was bad.
