Ooo hard one! But I have to say, I love anything from Cities by Anberlin and Switchfoot's Oh!Gravity. But then I also love FOB's Infinity On high, too.
So...I have to say...all three albums.

I have "Red Flag," by Billy Talent on my iPod
"It's Not Over," by Daughtry
"Dance Dance" and "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race," both by Fall Out Boy.
"If Everyone Cared," by Nickelback. Although this is a highly overrated band, I must give Chad Kroeger and his bandmates kudos for putting out a song that is designed to really help you think about how we can make this world a better place to live, and what we can do to help out.

Well I'm not good with picking favs but I love decaydance bands so I'd recommend these cds:
Fall out boy- Infinity on High
Cobra Starship- While the city sleeps we rule the streets
Gym class heroes- As Cruel As school children (which is more indie/ hip-hop)
