Nah, he seems like a pretty chill guy.
I don't want him running the country, but I could get a beer with the guy.

I agree that he has a great sense of humor. Especially when he was Governor of Texas he was alot looser and than he is now.
Doesnt change the fact that hes an awful President. But, yes, hes a funny guy.

Bush is a buffoon. He's the target of bad jokes because he himself is the ultimate 'bad joke'. He has ruined this country's reputation as a world leader and global peacekeeper. As Commander-In-Chief, he is responsible for the unjustifiable deaths of 675,000 Iraqis and 3,300 U.S. soldiers (just as Hitler, Stalin, Amin and Hussein were responsible for the deaths of millions of people without any justification). Bush should be tried for high crimes against humanity in an international tribunal, and - if convicted - should be hanged just as he arranged to hang Hussein because the Bush family held a personal vendetta against the Iraqi dictator. -RKO- 05/12/07

He doesn't have a sense of humor, he is to stupid to know what someone is saying about him and he just gives that goofy half witted stare. Ever look a monkey in the eye it has a look of complete nothing.

Maybe. I never thought of him as having a sense of humor, but maybe that explains why he gives a little chuckle and a smirk right after he tells a lie in one of his speeches.
