What will I download so can I make my XP look like Vista? Does it have any effect in the performance of my XP and the computer as a whole? Thanks a lot!

windows blinds excellent and hundreds of skins are available.
The cheapest is to go on to alienware.com and download the FREE alienGUIse utility and the four skins. It is however heavily branded and has limited appeal with older users.

you can get a program like WindowBlinds or StyleXP, they both change the appearance of your computer
