Yes. Most of the world's guys are, that includes all other industrialized nations except the USA, and Muslims and Jews. (Europe, most of Asia, and Latin America don't do it unless it's a necessity).

And in the United States the rates are dropping a lot. (it's as low as 14% in some states). So if your wondering because your boyfriend is, the younger he is, the higher his chances are that he's uncircumcised. In fact, new studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity and pleasure in the long run (since the head is bare and rubs all the time against clothing) and makes masturbation more difficult (which is how Dr. Kellogg made it popular in the USA in the 1800s).

I myself am uncircumcised (from California) and don't see cleaning as much to worry about. You just slide it back and rub the head when soaping up the rest of your body; takes five seconds to do and feels good.

When erect/hard some don't look much different since the foreskin can slide back.

If you're wondering how the foreskin works, see following two links:

Yeah, most guys do just fine with foreskin -- complications aren't too common. When they occur it's usually from poor hygiene. Just make sure to wipe away buildup from underneath the foreskin frequently. Some guys notice a certain smell, and using a vitamin A cream can help. Man1 Man Oil has that in it, and it's a moisturizer acually made for the penis, so that's a good choice.

3 billion men or so in the world. About 2 billion or so are natural and unmutilated. Get the picture? Foreskins were normal for thousands of years until someone got the weird idea to try and make humans look less like other animals down there. Dogs and other mammals have foreskins, we don't cut them off.

Actually I was just reading an article that said the foreskin has some of the most sensitive areas of the penis and guys who have circumcisions are losing out... The cleanliness part I compare to cutting off your ears so you don't have to clean them... of course you don't have to worry about them getting dirty, but, YOU WONT HAVE YOUR EARS!!!!!

Yes. Those are simply sexual organs that are significant in the evolution of life but not for the survival of life (unless one survives by selling body fluids to banks). Social life? His jaws will become wider/prominent and he will become idiotically petulant, unreasonably irritable - easily offended at an introduction or at tea!

You bet! About 85% of the men in the world are intact, and they get along just fine! It is circumcision that is unnatural and reduces pleasure for the men who have been cut and for their partners.
