Cats cradle IS actually a yo you trick---it is done by using your hands AND the yo yo to make a kind of SWING looking thing I can't explain the movements you use, but when you get done, the yo yo string forms a kind of triangle and the yo yo dangles (swings) in the middle like a cradle.

A game played with a large string thats ends are connected. You take the string and make a specific pattern with it between your fingers and a friend pinches certain pieces of the pattern and you transfer the string to their hands and go on like that..
