Can I have a specific example of one that works with it for under $50?

No, that board does come with integrated video but you wouldn't be able to use the card you linked to. That particular board has an AGP video slot on it and the card you linked to is a PCI-Express card, requiring a motherboard with a PCI-Express slot.

If that's the motherboard you're set on, then look for AGP video cards. A good place to look is on NewEgg.

Again, you don't have to go with a card, seeing that that board has integrated video, although a card would be more powerful. Either way.

The motherboard has an onboard video chip so you do not need an additional card.

Onboard video chips tend to be fairly limited so if you want to get a more powerful GPU for games etc. then you need to add a video card.

The motherboard has an AGP slot for a video card. The card you picked out is PCIe so it would not fit.

There are still plenty of AGP cards still being produced but PCIe is a better technology. All things being equal a motherboard with PCIe slot(s) is a better buy than one with AGP.

No there not compatible the motherboard your looking at is pretty outdated it has a video card on it, But if your into games it wont do you no good. It also has a slot for a much older type of video card called AGP. The Video Card your looking at is a PCI Express which is much better. Find a newer motherboard that supports PCI Express Graphics card.

before everything, i could propose removing and then changing the video card, as now and returned the video card can grow to be particularly unseated in the slot in basic terms adequate to avert it from working. 2d, i could propose attempting yet another video card which you recognize works... do you have yet another one you could attempt (consistent with hazard by potential of borrowing it from yet another pc quickly) or one you could borrow to objective out? i'm assuming once you're saying the show screen would not discover something that it in no way comes out of sleep mode (i.e. the mild in no way adjustments over to a soft green). BTW, it is maximum relatively *no longer* the ram. that should offer an entire different set of indications, specifically, the show screen could initialize yet you does no longer get a boot show screen and your motherboard could start up giving off beeps.

The motherboard does have a video card on-board--the VGA slot is the on-board video adapter. The video card that you want to use on that mobo will NOT work. It is a PCIe 16x video card--for PCI express 16x slot... the MOBO odes NOT have a PCIe slot, only regular PCI slots. They aren't the same. If you get a MOBO make sure it has a PCIe 16x (e is for express) on it. The MOBO your referred to is just a basic MOBO. Won't support the Geforce. I hope that helped you!
