Drug reps wil say that it definitely does not cause weight gain. However, every single person I know who's taken Prozac has gained weight. It's kind like you get a choice; be depressed, or gain weight. Anyone who's been severely depressed will pick the weight gain.

Prozac has a horrible reputation for weight gain. Effexor Xr and Wellbutrin are better if weight gain is an issue.
