How do I make a certain website the homepage? I totally messed up my computer by making the homepage yahoo when its supposed to be comcast plz help!!

go to tools, internet options, on the general tab under the section homepage just type in the website you want as your homepage i.e www.yahoo.co.uk. You can have any site as your homepage I use no fuss no popup www.google.co.uk

Go to the website, and it should have a tab where it says make this page your home page. If not, go to tools, go to internet options, click the general tab and type in the homepage address. Thats it.

No emergency.

You can have any page as your homepage. It really doesn't matter.

Open the page you want as a homepage click on Tools Then Options. Click on Current Page.....

goto start ----> control panel ---->internet options. (select classic view if you can't see it)
you will see the home page url on top of the window. change this to the url you want then click apply then restart your browser

If you have firefox, do the following:

Tools,
Options,
Make sure the 'Main' tab is selected,
Enter 'http://comcast.net' as the Home Page,
Click Ok.
