I would see a GP, steroids are unsafe and I think they just shrink your testes. There are ways to make it shorter, can't really make it bigger though.

you can't shrink your penis that way. 11.5 inches is quite large so you'll just have to take extra time and be gentle with her. you may have to restrict the amount you insert into her and try positions that naturally will prevent all of it from going in.
