I was born w/ a small urethra tube and had to have it strecthed several times as a child to open it up. Does it effect conceiving a baby or having one?

If you're female, it will not inhibit your ability to conceive. If you are male, however, it could make conception more difficult, but not impossible.

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that these two things are not related. Having a small urethra in and of itself should have no bearing on your ability to conceive.

The urethra is completely separate from the reproductive tract, so it should have absolutely no effect on your ability to have children.
