Lake Superior, Lake Huron, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, and Lake Champlain. Lake Michigan is entirely within the United States. For a few weeks (March 6, 1988 to March 24,1988), the US congress did designate Lake Champlain as a Great Lake. The others still are.

"The state [of Alaska] is bordered by Yukon and British Columbia, Canada to the east, the Gulf of Alaska and the Pacific Ocean to the south, the Bering Sea, Bering Strait, and Chukchi Sea to the west, and the Beaufort Sea and the Arctic Ocean to the north."
Other bodies of water bordering the U.S. are:
Gulf of California (Pacific)
Carribean Sea
Gulf of Mexico (Carribean)
Atlantic Ocean
The Great Lakes

If you include rivers in bodies of water,
St Lawrence River
Rio Grande

If you really want to stretch definitions, include the Sargasso Sea.
