Irrespective of the defeat by Bangladesh in the World Cup, India are defenitely a far better team than Bangladesh beyond any doubt as the following records substantiate:.
1) Till now 3 test matches have been played between India and Bangladesh and all the 3 test matches have been won by India.
2) Out of 17 One Day International Matches played between these countries, India have won 15 matches and Bangladesh have won only one match.
Hence the question of India reaching better position than Bangladesh does not arise as India are already a better team than Bangladesh.

First i suppose you ought to learn some better English...Anyway, I'm Sri Lankan and i don't think Bangladesh team is better than the Indian team despite of the shocking win by tigers against the Indians in the World Cup. Anyway, i admit the fact that Bang' cricket is improving day by day. They managed to score over 230 in both games against India that's quite a message. So good luck... Bangladesh will be able to get rid of the "minnows" label soon....
