if you do not have neighbors anytime is fine

I would be irritated any time before 8, but you can't wait until it's too hot. In the summer it's just too hot after that to do it, and after the sun goes down its still too hot. I would run it past the neighbors though, more as informational than requesting permission. That way they can adjust accordingly.

Most cities have noise ordinances that ban loud noise before 8:00 am.
Call your city hall or check your town's website to see if there's such an ordinance in your town.

i say between 9-10 you don't want to wait to late when it is to hot and your neighbors will be cutting there grass also

depending on where you live and how close your neighbors are i think that 9 am is fine.

yeah i agree.. visit your neighbors and tell them you want to mow on weekends but wonder what time they get up so you don't disturb them... just good policy to wait for them to wake up. take care
